Terms of use

Brief terms of use of the Bonpace app and related services. The provider is Solunit s.r.o., Werferova 6, 040 11 Košice, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 54 035 635, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Košice, section Sro, file no. 52398/V.

1. What Bonpace is

A tool for planning and tracking personal goals. It is not a medical, therapeutic or financial service. The AI coach's suggestions are prompts, not professional advice; the decisions are yours.

2. Your content

Everything you put into the app remains yours. We acquire no rights to it and do not read it. During sync it is stored encrypted; we keep the key protected separately and release it only to your signed-in account (details in the privacy policy).

3. Account and partner

The account serves only for sync and the partner feature. You share with your partner only what is described in the privacy policy. Reactions are expected to be civil; either side can end the partnership at any time.

4. AI and third-party services

The AI features are optional. The built-in AI (with a daily limit) goes through our server to Google Gemini; with your own API key the terms of your chosen provider apply and you bear the costs of its use. AI suggestions may be inaccurate. The calendar is a service of your device; the app uses it only with your consent and its data never leaves the device.

5. Diagnostics and statistics

By default the app sends crash reports without the content of your goals; anonymous usage statistics only if you turn them on. You set both in Settings. Details are in the privacy policy.

6. Commitment with a stake

A commitment is your personal agreement. The app processes, charges or enforces no money; after a miss it only reminds you what you promised.

7. Bonpace Plus (subscription)

The core of the app is free. Bonpace Plus is an optional subscription that unlocks the extras described in the app (for example a higher daily limit for the built-in AI, the calendar, scenes and sounds). We may change what Plus includes; if something substantial is removed, we will tell you in advance.

You buy the subscription in the App Store or Google Play, and Apple or Google processes the payment under their own terms. You see the price, the period and any free trial before you buy. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your store settings at least 24 hours before the period ends; after cancelling it stays active until the end of the paid period. If you don't cancel a free trial before it ends, you will be charged; two days before the end the app sends you a reminder if notifications are allowed.

Refund requests are handled by the store where you made the purchase (Apple, Google Play). This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

8. Availability and liability

The app is provided "as is". We aim for reliability, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of sync or the partner feature (they depend on Google services). We are not liable for indirect damages; you can export your local data at any time.

9. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time: uninstalling deletes local data, "Delete server data" in Settings deletes everything on the server.

10. Changes to the terms

In the event of a material change we update the date and notify you in the app.
